Within the Pharmaceutical Industry the following experience:
In the two years from June 1999 until April 2001 I was employed by Zeller AG in Romanshorn in the
department of clinical research. My fields of activity included being responsible for pharmacovigilance,
developing SOPs, designing and controlling preclinical and clinical trials. Additionally I had training
and controlling assignments for the marketing department. Writing publications and presenting the
new data at conferences / meetings was also a task I was responsible for. In this period of time I was
given the opportunity to visit various conferences / meetings to the topics of clinical trials,
pharmacovigilance and pharmaceutical law.
In 2001 I returned to the University Hospital in Zürich to complete my Speciality in Neurology. There I
completed my Speciality in Neurology in June 2004.
From August 2004 until October 2007 was again employed by Zeller AG as Head of Medical and
Regulatory Affairs. My responsabilities included national and international registration,
pharmacovigilance, designing and controlling preclinical and clinical trials and interaction with the
national and international marketing.
As from October 2007 I will be employed as a Senior Consultant Neurologist in the Rheinburg-Clinic in
Walzenhausen (Neurorehabilitation).
Within Neurology the approximate experience:
- Ambulatories: 2 years - Electroencephalography: 9 months (app. 800 EEGs)
- Wards: 1 year - Neurosonography: 9 months (app. 250 complete exams)
- Stroke Unit: 6 months - Electromyoneurography: 9 months (app. 900 complete exams)
